Engineer with a strategic vision and more than 25 years of experience in consulting, engineering and execution of civil works and infrastructure projects. He has developed an outstanding professional career both in Spain and internationally, highlighting his participation in the representative Mecca-Medina High Speed Railway in Saudi Arabia. His extensive background has made him part of other ventures, being a Founding Partner of Orkidea Andina Inversiones, S.A., an innovative private initiative with a strong social component, oriented to the agri-food technification of the Bolivian highlands, promoting business and sustainable development in the region.

Planning and search for opportunities
It focuses on the identification of investments in infrastructure, as well as in new business areas. Analyzes their technical and economic feasibility, establishing the different conditions and steps to be followed.
Project Coordination Leads the management of multidisciplinary teams and other participants in the development of projects, plans and ensures the efficient execution, in order to meet the objectives set.
Engineering Consultant
Designs, analyzes and optimizes solutions for infrastructure projects. It offers strategic advice, evaluating technical conditions and proposing viable alternatives for the efficient development of each project and work.
